APRIL 2018 - It's time for us to show your love and concern to Mother Nature. Earth
Hour is the world’s largest community-driven climate change campaign. At the
centre of Earth Hour is switching off lights to show a commitment to taking
action. The ceremony was started at 8:30 pm and held at Block C parking,
Sakura College.
The Earth Hour program is an awareness of Sakura College students about the importance of
preserving the environment. Students are given glowstick and balloon each. Various activities were
held to fill the "One Hour Without Electricity" time.
These some games have been designed to engage the students with Earth Hour in a fun and
enjoyable way. The activities are “Mix and Mingle” and “True or False” which involves all participants.
