FIT UP (2nd APRIL 2017)

Even though  students  are on their semester break, but there are still many students who participated this Fit - up . As the weather did not permit, so this time we just proceed as usual in Bilik Seminar. 


The participants gathered at the Seminar room at 7.30 a.m.



Warming Up

Exercising without a warm up could lead to pulling or straining a muscle. Stretching during a workout increases your flexibility. It can also relieve muscle and joint stiffness. 





Cardio workouts improve circulation and endurance. 


The fitness session consisted of several workout routines. The routines include sit-ups, push-ups, plunges, star jumps, crunches, leg raise, squats and inverted V pipe routine.




Each college program has its own level of intensity and difficulty. If you feel that the stress is affecting your health in a negative way then take some time off to allow your body to recharge.
