Another great event had been conducted in 15th
October 2016 located at Dewan Kulia, CTF1 UNIMAS. An event entitle ‘Ideal Body
Weight’ is a program that emphasize on the way to maintain to gain a healthy
and ideal body weight for women especially. In this talks, audiences got a lot
of knowledge regarding how to maintain healthy life style toward healthier
life.
This action will keep our body in healthy state. Preventing from
being in the obese or aneroxia nervosa conditions. Everyone should take care of
themselves by having balanced diet and practice healthy life style such as
jogging, cycling, walking and many more.
Food intake is also an important part in maintaining
balanced diet. Each of the food taken should be considered and the calories
taken should be noticed or calculated in order to avoid excess calories intake.
In measuring food energy, the food intake is measured in calories. Calories is
not a component of food. 1g of carbohydrate is equal to 4 calories, 1g of fat
is equal to 9 calories and 1g of protein is equal to 4 calories.
Thus, body needs different types of food and nutrient
including macronutrients and micronutrients. Unhealthy eating habit will lead
to poor growth, low energy, underweight, overweight, obesity and low immunity.
