Shed the Cheese returned once
again on the 5th of October 2016. The participants gathered at the
seminar room at 4.30 p.m. in their sports attire per usual, and the event began
with a brief warm-up session.
The fitness session consisted of
several workout routines. Fitting to the event’s name ‘Shed the Cheese’, these
routines aim to burn the extra fats in the body, hence they primarily serve to
induce sweating among the participants.
The routines include sit-ups,
push-ups, plunges, star jumps, crunches, leg raise, and bicycle routine. These
are done in a range of 20-50 counts each.
The evening ends at 5.30 p.m. after
a cool-down session.
