FIT-UP (5TH MARCH 2017)




"All work and no play make Jane a dull girl." The foundation for a healthy adult life is to be fit and healthy in adolescence. So regarding of that, Fit - up returned once again on the 5th of March 2017.

        The participants gathered at the Seminar room at 7.30 a.m. The fitness session consisted of several workout routines. The routines include sit-ups, push-ups, plunges, star jumps, crunches, leg raise, squats and inverted V pipe routine.

Neck roll
Exercise beats stress as well. It helps relieve the tension that the body has accumulated and also refreshes the brain.
         A paunch or protruding tummy is the last thing us as a teenage girl would be okay with. But puberty leads to weight gain, and in all the wrong places. Without further ado, here are some workouts that we should do every day to keep belly fat in control. 

Squats

                  Squats help you strengthen your abdominal muscles or your core muscles.




Inverted V-pipe
 The inverted V pipe works on stretching and toning your legs and abs. This is also one of the best summer workouts for teenage girls.


 Workout planks
 
     This workout combines strength, flexibility, cardio in a pleasant, and high intensity interval training all in one. 




     Hardly feels like you're working out...until your flat on the ground, out of breath, sweating like a crazy person! Really makes getting your fitness on track super fun and easy!


     This workout gets the job done! The workouts are fun, varied, and keep you wanting to come back for more!
