Shed the Cheese (2nd November)



              Shed the Cheese returned once again on the 2nd of November 2016. The participants gathered at the seminar room at 4.30 p.m. in their sports attire per usual, and the event began with a brief warm-up session.

                The fitness session consisted of several workout routines. The routines include sit-ups, push-ups, plunges, star jumps, crunches, leg raise, and bicycle routine. These are done in a range of 20-50 counts each.

                After that, the participants were then brought to the parking lot behind the FRST faculty for a jogging session around the college and nearby areas.  The jog lasted until 5.15 p.m. The participants then returned to the seminar room for a brief continuation of the workout session.

                The evening ends at 5.30 p.m. after a cool-down session.
